Privacy policy
This policy describes how we process the data of people who visit autotrader-wordpress.co.uk. The site is an information page for the Autotrader WordPress plugin. There is no registration, no form and no shop here. The plugin is bought and downloaded on devikit.co.uk, where a separate Devikit privacy policy and terms and conditions apply.

We start statistics only after you consent. Without consent the Google Analytics script is not loaded at all, and the site works the same way.
3. Recipients of data
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) - hosting of the server the site runs on.
- Google Ireland Ltd. and Google LLC - the Google Analytics service, only after you consent. Data may be transferred to the USA on the basis of standard contractual clauses with the UK Addendum and, where applicable, the Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension.
- Google LLC (YouTube) - if you click the play button, the video is loaded from YouTube servers in enhanced privacy mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Before you click, no data is sent to YouTube.
Because the controller is based in the USA, your data may be processed outside the United Kingdom. We rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the standard contractual clauses with the UK Addendum issued by the Information Commissioner's Office.
4. Link with the devikit.co.uk shop and the demo site
The “Buy PRO”, “Documentation” and “live demo” buttons and links lead to devikit.co.uk and its subdomain autotrader.devikit.co.uk. If you consent to statistics, an identifying parameter (_gl) and campaign tags (UTM) may be added to the address, so that we know the visit came from this site. Data processed after you move to devikit.co.uk is covered by that site's privacy policy.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw your consent to statistics at any time with the “Cookie settings” button in the footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew it.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF.
6. Voluntary data and no profiling
Providing data is voluntary. We do not take automated decisions about you and we do not carry out profiling within the meaning of Article 22 of the UK GDPR. We do not use advertising cookies, and ad personalisation in Google Analytics is switched off.
